There are still some sites out there that will allow you to gamble without you having to verify (KYC) but it gets a bit tricky when you win big. They usually require you to "verify" after a big win and when you want to withdraw your money.
They look the other way when you push the wager for them, because that is how they are making their profit, but when you want to withdraw.. they lose money and that is why they will look for excuses not to pay.
