If you have a job permanently and you earn a bitcoin you do not have to choose where you give the 100% time you still have a job that you have to hold on and just treat bitcoin as your sideline because of bitcoin not all of your time it's going down here. At bitcoin no one knows if it's for lifetime or if it's going to end and if this happens you still have a job but hopefully bitcoin will not end coz it is helpful.

Everyone who has a permanent job for the Fiat proved to be the winner. I can afford to wait for the recovery of bitcoin prices. I don't sell coins cheap. I'll wait a year or two. For me, the time does not matter. I hope that the current crisis is cryptocurrency be a lesson to all. Following the rise and fall of prices we will meet prepared and not panic.

Well, a real job isn't guarantee of anything. You can start for a month and be kicked out on the next month (very common situation in countries where the economy is weak). So you it's not very different from unstable Crypto jobs, and it doesn't guarantee any fixed income too.

Maybe you are referring to government employees? Those jobs which you must pass in a exam to be able to work. These jobs have security and guarantees, and I must agree those who work on them feel like semi-gods, as they can't be kicked out for any reason. Their work's quality is usually low where I live...

Promotions opportunities are everywhere, if you are a good worker you will have opportunities like that in real jobs or Crypto jobs.

Yearly hike in the salary isn't needed when you earn in BTCs. On long term Bitcoins worth more than any yearly hike in fiat.  Cheesy

The last point I'm not sure if I got it, but recognition is applicable in Crypto jobs too, why not?

The point is that doesn't matter where you work, you need to manage well your money, save it and make it grow on long term, that is the only guarantee you can have for your future. Don't deposit all your hopes in public jobs, just because a government told you it works 100% and gives you 100% guarantee. After reading your post I reached to the conclusion Crypto jobs can be more advantageous than I imagined...

I greatly prefer going full-time on crypt-currencies because there is something you forgot to mention it is that pay is much higher than with a regular job !
Not necessarily, someone living in the first world can earn a great deal of money if he has a good job, the pay in crypto can be incredible as well but the set of skills needed do not overlap much, the only ones that can earn a fortune with bitcoin and fiat with the same skill set are programmers and traders, everyone else will need to adjust and change the way they do things or learn completely new skills.
Having a tandem of skills specially on programming or developing skills do always have the advantage either on online or offline jobs. Opportunities on making money is good on either way but its your total decision if you do choose up full time on crypto or having a real world job. Its your choice on where you do see the opportunity that would really give you advantage but somehow you can able to handle both things if you can.

If the government can't or won't solve the problem with unemployment and low wages. People will look for the opportunity to earn additional income. Having a formal job, people get social package and the possibility of pension payments. I think that you can always combine work and earn money online. But we should remember that to get rich will not work. it will take some time.To throw most of the work is not immediately necessary if you are just beginning to earn bitcoin.

Very good. That was a nice analysis you did. My suggestion will be that you combine the two but focus more on the real job. You shouldn't let your earnings totally depend on crypto. Combining the two will be the best option since you will get something from each section. And by the way, many of us here have some jobs in the real job and as well we do crypto which makes you safer than just depending entirely on crypto. My suggestion though!! Wink

I am one of those who agree that maintaining a real job is quite useful for economic welfare, but I do not rule out the option of trading as part of a platform that allows extra income. Nothing in this world is very good, nor is it very bad.

If you choose the full time crypto you need to be mentally prepared and you will need some funds like emergency fund and extra savings from the start because the market is unpredictable and things may not favor to you for that you need to build a long term plan on when and how are you going to distribute your labor and money between trading and bounty on signature campaigns plus you need to be fast in sourcing news about bitcoin to prevent further loss and have a much strategic approach on how are you gonna deal with the market to profit because this will be your bread and butter for the months to come.
I definitely agree with you mate, since working here in crypto is not stable then dont invest all your money to it because everything in crypto was so unpredictable so it is the best way to have an emergency funds especially when coins are going dip and having some stable job outside crypto is the best thing you can have so that you still have source of money for emergencies...
Crypto is a good source of a long investment so that is why if you are not yet financially stable still don't give up your jobs
Fact!crypto was not stable and quitting our job was not a wise move to do. As a human you should always prepare in every crisis and having a real job is our ways that we can get our daily expenses while crypto is our way to invest it for long time.

Its been a tough decision for me but i would rather choose my real job just because I'm sure that it will be my lifetime source of income because we don't know when crypto lasts.
I always in favor of what is good for you. Either it is full time job or it is investing or trading in this bitcoin world. This is you who will be deciding what is beneficial for yourself. Then draw such plans in one straight stream and work hard to achieve your goal. Like you have said, full time job is biter than bitcoins so this might be good in your case but not in someone else’s. It really depends.

I choose real job for secure income, and other benefits, but i will do it with cryptos at the same time, not full time for cryptos, but for sideline or extra, for extra income, and in cryptos there is chance to have more than your salary from your job or have millions in just short time with bitcoin depends in strategies.

I agree. Also, choosing cryptotrading or venturing over a full time job is such a leap of faith. For beginners, I don't think that that is the smart or even a good move to do because you have not collected enough asset to actually support you during the times you don't have any profit coming in from your activities. For example, if you venture in bounties, which may last for months at a time with an almost always possibility of extension, you can go by for months without getting any income. And so, if you don't have some sort of savings, it would be very difficult, so much more, when you have a family to support. If you are day trading, on the other hand, their is always that need for a capital, especially after a loss. Thus, it would be too difficult to have no fall back, which could be given by a steady stream of money brought about by a full time job.

well if you are depended almost with everything on crypto it is not a good and stable life in my opinion, you may have money and financial income but you would be a weirdo by sitting at home all the time and not spending quality time outside. It is my personal view.
Well, no one said that you need to stay indoors all the time right?, if you can work from your home then that means you can work from anywhere in the world as long as you have a computer and internet access, so you could work in a restaurant or in a park, or even take longer vacations since you do not need to go back to your job since you could work in the day for some hours and then enjoy the place you decided to visit.

The biased way in which you approach this subject tells me you are not someone that takes crypto serious in the slightest. You are dangerously misinformed and spreading misinformation.

Coding is not the "hardest" one to get in, that's a completely subjective statement. I am a software engineering student and for me, coding would be the easiest or most realistic route for my skill set to take me. You are not analyzing this objectively or in-depth by any means, you are throwing things against the wall and hoping that something sticks so you can claim to be correct.

Even the wordage you use is telling that you don't belong having this conversation, to distinguish between the two as "Real" and "Something else" you are implying that the second category is not real. It is real, in case you weren't aware.

"Real" Jobs are not Secured for life, they are never secured for life unless you have a contract without contingencies, stipulations or renewal dates keeping you in your position, which is unheard of. So your 1. is completely nullified and holds no weight.

You can easily acquire "fixed" income in crpyto, and most jobs in the "real" world are not fixed either.
If you do not see advancement opportunities available in crypto, then you are closed-minded and short-sighted. Many people started from nothing and have worked their way up in crypto to being millionaires, is this not effectively a promotion? They require more effort, knowledge, expertise and receive more pay; this is a "promotion".

I do not know what job offers yearly "hikes" in salary; please do tell me where you work. Bitcoin has increased in value every single year, this would make your past work more valuable, not only increasing your future wages, but making the work you've already done more profitable retroactively.

"Recognition in the colleagues", Who? What are you even talking about? If you contribute to this community you garner the recognition and respect you have earned/commanded.

As it seems to me, you have exactly 0 points and are making next to no sense. You have not thought this through, you are approaching this conversation from a biased perspective and you would do better off going back to your cozy, familiar life. We are pioneers, changing the world and you're free to cling to the safety of the past if you so choose; you will be left behind.
I am completely going with you, not only going telling the truth when Bitcoin value was less than $100 I left my So Called real job and started my Real Job and Real Life in Crypto, I can assure OP on that my income which I gained in 2010 or 2011 is still giving me profit Is there any So Called REAL job to do that? I don't know which real job you are talking about but rather than Government job all other jobs are till that time until your 4 hands could work after that you are dead if you don't have Insurances, 401k or other forms of supports so please don't count those to y our job which I can get while I am with with crypto also. Please review again and again what you are calling Real Job. If you are replying to my post than please include how much you make every month and how much you are saving tyo your future? Thanks n Good Luck

For me it is better also to have a real job, but it is more great that we focus on crypto currency today. This crypto currency has more potential and will really help us get out from our financial problems. But if can do both, then that is more appreciated.

For me, it is not advisable if you will stop your work just for cryptocurrency. A lot of people are making this false move because they wanted to focus in cryptocurrency and leave their job. If we are newbie in cryptocurrency, try to make double time just to earn. Sacrifice first because someday you will earn your efforts.
Yes because now things are getting out of reach so if we will invest in bitcoin and on other hand will carry our real and regular job then we will be able to reach our daily needs, price of bitcoin is rising so it will be your extra income, and if you are willing to have good life as no one has then try to invest money in bitcoin, carry your job with it and use signature campaign as an online job too so you will be able to get triple benefit.
Yes i agree on that we dont have to quit oir job for  crypto because job is a stable income while crypto is unstable .But i think it depends on us because in my part quiting a job for crypto is possible because crypto gives a tripple amount of profit than the salary of the regular work i think no one of us here wanted to work 8 hours  a day when we can earn the amount in a few hours in crypto.

I think the decisions will depend on your skills. Maybe some computer geeks might go full time on this or have real job too.

But yes I do agree that most of the people are jumping into cryptos because of the income it gives yet no stability and assurance also isolated from people.
I would go for a real job too because I am in a medical field and interaction is very important to me.

I like your insight and well explained thought. I could not say it any better.

Why would i choose when I can do both of them at the same time? I think it would be great to do it at the same time. If someone is good at time managing then it can be possible. You can have real work and you can do crypto during free time, i think it is not impossible to do so.
