Religion. Lol.

It's not religion, it's the stupid school and the stupid people managing the school, there is no religion in the world that says that girls needs to be girly, and do girly things

The school is religious.. It wouldn't happen at a public school.

Like I said it's not the religion it's the people at the school that are stupid, a Public school is regulated by the the public law and it doesn't mean that some people in some public school would not think the same and want to do the same they are just afraid of the consequences.

If I was the parent of the child the first thing I'd do is to remove the kid from that school paying $$$$ to hear such stupidity is pretty lame
Second thing would be to boycott the school and seek out the maximum media exposer till the person responsible for this get proper punishment.

True but a lot of people go to the private system because of their qualms with the failures of a public school system
Not that all schools are bad mind you just some are worse than others guess it can be applied to the private system as well though

Just enroll on another school if you don't like it. Religion would continue for like that many years to come.  Smiley

Spineli for some reason I remembered Recess
Anyways not to blame appearances but at that age sometimes it is possible to mix the two up now and then
Then you go awkward  Wink

That or the school is worried she will develop gender identity issues and the solution is to fix these problems while they are young before they manifest into something worse as they get older.

Meh may be more to the story than their appears to be but Privacy can be a block when a bias is built into the media and society relations

"Our documentation shows a significantly different narrative than the one portrayed in the original news report," the statement said. Abbett said he could not reveal more because of privacy issues.

Time is on our side, yes it is!
these people have a whole lot of nerve.  Espicially in this situation regarding a 8 year old child.  This is so sick that I really want to contact who ever sent the letter out and give them a piece of my mind.  Such scum....

So why did you delete my post from this topic?

What did you say? Think he mentioned before that he self-moderates because he has a troll or trolls following him or something, unless he's just one of those petty tyrants who self-moderates to delete any posts he doesn't like just because haha.

He had posted that "the girl's parents should stop giving her masculine hormones", which I find pretty offensive to say the least. These forums are crawling with trolls and bigots and I won't have any of that shit on my threads. And yes, I also love deleting posts I don't like just because...  Roll Eyes Grin

Who puts their eight-year-old daughter in national media for seeming too much like a boy according to a Christian school the parents enrolled her in...?

Well this kind of story should be in the media.

What a bunch of dicks, but it's not surprising. I didn't know being a tomboy is anti-christian. Hope they get sued.

Christian school complains 8-year-old girl isn't girly enough

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/christian-school-complains-8-year-old-girl-isnt-girly-enough/

<< Sunnie Kahle, 8, likes to have her hair short and to wear T-shirts and jeans. Her Christian school sent a letter home to her family saying that "her dress and behavior need to follow suit with her God-ordained identity". >>
