Wow, didn't try to sign up so I haven't noticed that. Yeah owners might not know that majority of bitcoin betting sites are anonymous and bitcoin gamblers are probably not gonna bother with site that asks for personal info.

oh but we do!

it's a licensing issue, it's a process they (Curacao, Malta etc) have to go through as well, they will learn more about bitcoin and as time goes by you will see it change.
