It is now back fully operational, and has just finished paying out over 1000 CINNI to workers who had submitted shares that were not yet paid out when the DDOS attack had begun. Just some suggestions that i think a coin like Cinni really needs now is CoinControl so people who do stake can avoid spending their oldest inputs and losing coinage unnecessarily. and checkpoints as there appear to be none.
