Once you have your account created you follow the following instructions:
Go to www.c-cex.com and purchase JIO Token & DT Token till 07/11/2017 withdraw to your wallet on https://cne.drachmae.market

They are being swapped into DTMI. the old coins will be worth nothing and not developed. move your coins to the devs drachmae exchange, its the only place swapping them, the rates are listed somewhere in this thread, i believe for every 40 draco you get 1 DTMI coin, and for every 4 JIO you get 1 DTMI coin. thats all. It seems that DTMI will go forward with development including the ideas that have been floated in the past year for the DT-x project
