Try putting your Bitcoin address (Public Address) here and see if you have any Bitcoin Gold balance in it: https://btcdiv.com/

If it shows you BTG balance, then we'll proceed further.

They now have a working wallet. If you don't want to load the entire blockchain data, you can use Coinomi wallet on your phone to claim BTG

Chill out bro and you will not need anyone to tell you if blockchain is going to be giving you your BTG cause you will most definitely know and it will be available to be claimed in your wallet.

You have to wait till Blockchain adds the option to claim you're BTG like they did with BCC took like 2-3 weeks if I am sure, so you can wait till they add it or use your private keys to claim your BTG.
