You can use Coinomi, I claimed my bitcoincash using it back in the day and it was smooth! I even posted a guide but it might not be relevant anymore due to constant updates in app.

Did you do this with SV and BTG?

I want to claim the bitcoin sv and gold now.  I claimed the bitcoin cash a while back when I downloaded electroncash and put in the electrum seed into it.  My btc was in electrum at the time of the bitcoin cash, gold and bitcoin sv forks.  I did not claim my bitcoin cash until after all these forks.

Do you recommend me claim bitcoin sv first on the new laptop and then bitcoin gold?  Or vice versa?  I heard you should claim from highest value to lowest but also read you should do easiest to hardest.

Is it still

Do i only need to type in my 12 word electrum seed into it and thats it or is it much more complicated.  I had claimed my bitcoin cash with the 12 word electrum seed using Electroncash.  Then I moved the BCH to a hardware wallet.

Like to put this thread back.  I still haven't claimed by bitcoin gold nor bitcoin SV.  How do i claim my bitcoin sv  now?

Again my situation is much different because i kept my btc in electrum when the bitcoin cash fork happened... but i didn't claim the bitcoin cash until much later with electron cash.  So how do i claim the bitcoin sv now?

Hey there.  Well my situation is not different from others then?  The thing is when bitcoin cash fork happened, my btc was in electrum.  I eventually claimed my bitcoin cash using electroncash but this was over 1 year later when i transferred btc to the nano ledger s.  Thus when the bitcoin sv fork happened, my btc was in nano ledger at the time.  But at that time, i still did not claim my bitcoin cash yet.

And now i want to claim my bitcoin sv but just confused on this.   But i do have the bitcoin SV regardless right?  I was told that even if you did not claim your bitcoin cash when the btc sv fork happened, you will still get the bitcoin SV no matter what.  The thing is i did not claim my bitcoin cash yet when the bitcoin SV fork happened.  Thus had i claimed my bitcoin cash before the bitcoin sv fork happened, i would have my bitcoin cash either in ledger nano most likely.

Your Bitcoin SV is located on the wallet where your Bitcoin Cash located. Bitcoin SV is from the fork of BCH and not Bitcoin. So if you spend already your Bitcoin Cash then you don't have Bitcoin SV on your current Bitcoin wallet.

If you store your BCH in ledger nano on or before Bitcoin Cash happened, You just need to wait Ledge S to support Bitcoin SV. I don't use ledger nano but definitely your Bitcoin SV is intact in your BCH wallet.

After i claimed my bitcoin cash on electroncash... i sent the bch to my ledger nano s and its been there ever since.  So my bitcoin SV is in electron cash right?  The thing is this.   I know you could have claimed the bitcoin cash with another program if you kept electrum in btc in coinomi.  But i claimed my bitcoin cash after the bitcoin sv fork.  So that does not change any situation?

Okay i will claim my bitcoin gold soon on my iphone.  But if your iphone has malware/virus, is that a huge risk?

Also i mentioned my situation.  I kept btc in electrum when the bitcoin cash and gold fork happened.  Then did the bitcoin SV fork happened a bit later.  At the time all these coins got forked, I STILL DID NOT CLAIM MY BITCOIN CASH YET.  it was only a bit later i finally claimed my bitcoin cash with electron cash.

Because i claimed my bitcoin cash so late, I still have bitcoin SV right?  Again i did not claim my bitcoin cash due to hearing about malware/viruses etc so i waited long time to do.

I sold my Bitcoin SV, when Blockchain.info delisted the coin a few months back. They ended the support for BSV and asked the users to move all their coins within one month. I had no other choice, but to sell the BSV. And back then, I received somewhere around BTC0.008 per coin. And now the exchange rates are at least 300% higher than that rate.

I personally haven't claimed my bitcoin gold and Bitcoin SV but I learnt that the best avenue for claims is using the coinomi mobile app. The process doesn't seem to be difficult but there may be the existence of a risk of broadcasting your private key to their server which may pose a risk. To be on the safe side, it's wise to send out your coin to a new address after the claim is completed.

Even though Bitcoin SV was created from a fork but craig claims that it was he who created the Bitcoin SV and considers Bitcoin SV to be the most original of the other bitcoins, everyone already knows that Bitcoin SV is different from Bitcoin Main but many beginner traders who still don't understand and are a little influenced by Craig Wright.

I claimed my bitcoin cash not long ago.  I had btc in electrum at the time of the bitcoin cash and gold fork.

What program do i use to claim bitcoin gold that is legit?  I was told you can use bitcoingold.org or coinomi.  Thoughts on either of them

I did not claim bitcoin SV and did not claim bitcoin cash when the SV fork happened.  But that would mean my bitcoin cash was in electron cash right?  So how do i claim my bitcoin SV?

Also how many legit forks are there?  There is bitcoin cash and gold and SV.  But there were other forks i heard of like bitcoin private and many others.  Are those legit or not?  Or its only bitcoin cash, gold and SV?

Thanks.
I used Exodus to claim my Bitcoin SV. It is very easy to use, just follow this tutorial: https://support.exodus.io/article/1025-how-do-i-split-bch-bsv-held-on-another-wallet

Can someone tell me how to claim bitcoin SV assuming i did not claim my BCH at the time of the BCH fork?  My btc was in electrum when bitcoin cash forked.  I did not claim the bitcoin cash until at least over a year later once i transferred btc from electrum to my nano ledger s.

Also is downloading coinomi as simple as it is on the iphone?  I still did not claim this yet.
Yes you can, same as above.

Hey all.  Has anyone here downloaded coinomi and used it on apple phone?  I have an iphone and i notice they have it on apple now... previously it was android only.

So i can sweep the coins and have my bitcoin gold on my iphone?  Then send it to nano ledger?

The private key is the access right of each wallet. Anyone can access their wallet as long as they have a private key whether it's via mobile or desktop.
You can also access via other platforms, such as electrum, and other wallets.

I do not see why not, there is no differences for you if you use Coinomi wallet on Android or on Iphone. What matters are private keys / seed, and after you import them in any wallet and get access to your coins, then you can send those coins wherever you want, and this certainly includes Ledger Nano S.
