Low? actually their rates is high enough if you are active throughout the day. Assuming that you are able to posts maximum of 25 posts/daily, in a week you will get 0.025x7 = 0.175 BTC which is still higher than the current pay per post campaign that allow more than 100 posts weekly
Its quite high for the payment 0.175 per month but there is a chance if they scam, suddenly runaway without paying their member because they are paying it per day and they do this without escrow. This is the worst condition but if they do this campaign for real better using escrow

A sense to use escrow service? When payment is daily, but not for a week or a month. We are not against use escrow service, but the sense I do not see this.

The rate is too low for full/sr/hero member, it can't attract these people to join your campaign.
