According to this thread you can have a 50 character signature and you can't use styling (bold, coloring etc.) You can become a junior member in aproximately 1 month, good luck with that.

What it depends on? Time from registration only? or some activities help too?

Thank you - this is very helpful - because I was also not sure about lot's of links or external links in the posts in a Newbie rank

first step assert yourself in the community; become junior member which means 30 posts if i remember correctly, then you are able to post images and have signatures.

newbies can't post images until they've upgraded to member. it's an anti spam measure as there was a crazy poster who posted huge images with new accounts that were constantly getting shut down.

you can either wait until your account is upgraded, or you can get a more senior member to quote your post and all the images will show up.

sorry, I know it probably should be clear from the rules description, but it is not

- is that the ONLY limitation for newbies to make posts look cool like professional announcements, etc. - I mean the images visibility - or there is something else?
