A simple support ticket would have gotten his issue solved. Clix4btc has grown to a point that I have to give more priority to the sites ticket, forum and the site as a whole.

Today when I logged in I had the same issue, guess my password was weak, glad the admin changed it, received mail instantly with a new password. All my referrals and balance is intact.

No one's account was deleted. Did you check your email for new password which you have to use to login and change in preferences. Well I guess you have already made your decision before waiting for support.
