Why not proposing a borrowing scheme instead ? You ask money for managing (it’s harder than becoming a registrar for a portion of a ᴛʟᴅ which itself is harder than managing your own domain but you’ll definitely with huge bandwidth for receiving all zone transfers and you may have to hire security experts) and the concession and you’ll get remboursement through peoples and registrars using the `.blockchain`ᴛʟᴅ ?
In that case, investor would be more likely to get a reward.
Or you create an ɪᴄᴏ and you propose to buy back your token at higher price than your ɪᴄᴏ price when you get benefits…
An alternative is to provide .blockchain by restring as second level domain. It would cost less than 500$ per year.

At first I want to that with this way you can't collect people for your "team" or replies here on your proposal will be from childs or trolls. Also can you show us benefit of domain .blockchain? I have no idea why we have to use it or even if we use, how much registered domains will there be with .blockchain? I guess very small. For example technology.blockchain, development.blockchain, bitcoin.blockchain..... Even if we will be more creative, it won't exceed 100 domains in history. Sorry but don't worths + not a serious plan/team for releasing project.
