Royse777 has been one manager I know who comments beside a talkers name in the spreadsheet. There were also reasonable improvements after he does this because the next spreadsheet would carry an upvote comment from him to show the talker that he improved.
Although,since he recently adopted a new style of sending the spreadsheet to our emails on one of his campaigns I participated in, I believe it is a habit he has and this is one way he has shown how good a manager he is.

I like this comment. Because it make it clear to some extent that their efforts were not enough in this particular campaign but will be okay in other campaign that is if the expectation is normal. At least the removed users would understand why they were removed but whereby there is no statement on the particular case like this, it marveled the user (s) to think what kind of big crime he or she has committed that warrant the manager to remove him from the campaign, in some cases the user feel bad because there is no statement from the manager why they were removed. But whereby the manager make small phrase on that effect then the user(s) will also know the reason and sit up in the next campaign if the demand is needed there.
