Just for the record.
I have had 2 problems with cards in the entirety of my business. Both were resolved quickly. One ended up with a refund, and the second ended with a replacement card.

I bought 3-4 cards already. Great guy to deal with. I can also answer questions if Canadians are having issues.

Purchased 2 cards and added to my account without issue. Of course that is no indication of what might happen 2-3 weeks from now. 
I can say the seller sends codes fast and they do load without problem.
I've bought quite a few card from various sellers for various prices all so far without issue however Nahtnam seems to to have the most positive responses by a wide margin.

Does this mean you are still selling for $39 and not $35? I'm very interested in purchasing a card provided it doesn't get wiped.

If you buy one, its $39. If you buy more than one, they are $35 each.
