For this swap/coin to be successful, the developers would have to open the main site, bring more stores/shops under it, with good numbers of products listed... and all these should be done before the swap takes place, else people aint gona be interested in this coin. Meaning, there would be no market for all those CTIC3 coins that would be flooding the market/system.
If these measures do not take place before the swapping, the coins are gona tank hard... and rapidly.

After c-cex's maintenance , I still can not find CTC 3.0 list on this exchange platform. Maybe dev will make a new announcement: "we are giving 20 hours more for anyone to act". And after tomorrow , dev will announce this message again.

No, you don’t necessary to do that, if the ctic 3 is listed on c-cex , you can trade ctic 3 on c-cex. So , you don’t need to transfer your coin to cryptopia .
