I Think the bonus 19% will continue after $5 million raised because it is not 10% of the all token. The bonuses will decrease after 10-15% token sold. If you confuse you can read it in their site

Nope. There is no airdrop on Atlant bounty, you must join in one of their bounty campaign to earn some ATL tokens.

I see the 19% bonus has remained throughout. That's nice. I'm waiting on a fiat deposit, but I'm not sure if it will clear before you reach your initial $5M target. Will the 19% bonus continue beyond $5M?.
