I think right now there are two ICO running at the same time one is in presale and another one is in CrowdSale what was the basis the idea for real estate platforms. As a buyer I will look for all amenities plots how can you integrate all those on a single website. How can a buyer impress by seeing on website photos?

Sure there are a ton of real estate ICOs. What they have in common is the word real estate, that's about it.

What we plan to do is create a tradeable market place for individual real estate properties which would revolutionize one of the world's largest markets. Also we plan to disrupt booking and airbnb which charge upwards of 30% because of their bloated staff. Many other real estate projects just replicate what already exists such as etfs or reits in a crypto wrapper - which we think is not terribly useful or innovative. However our project has solid foundation, experienced team which has business (investment banking / hedge funds) and technical expertise having built previous crypto projects (for instance http://spacebtc.com).

Hey @shewasfourteen, Sorry for the delay, swamped with people demanding personal meetings ... yes we will burn the balance of unsold tokens allocated towards the ICO, after ICO is complete.

Good sign that you will burn unsold token
So if unsold token will burned total supply more less

We have reached verbal agreements with several developers / real estate companies, but at this stage it is too early to disclose them formally.

We will burn the remainder of the tokens, for the benefit of existing tokenholders.

>3) On which exchanges you will be?

Our devs have been involved in crypto for quite some time, including building and helping build/maintain exchanges in the past. Also we have carefully started chatting with some of the world's major exchanges. Thus we are confident, giving said relationships, that ATL will be cross-listed across several major exchanges, promoting liquidity. It is too early to preannounce specific names before the ICO, as we are now just doing a soft-launch presale.
