Since the ATL token will be distributed to the participants in the rewards program in stages each month, why is not this announced at the beginning of the campaign so that participants can either subscribe or leave the subject? This is systematic exploitation and is not mentioned in the campaign start rules 
bounty campaign of this project was very strange, the rules are radically changed on-the-gobounty campaign was very simple and did not changed on-the-go. 50 posts per campaign with 10 posts per week. just need read the rules.
