your signature words are speaking already. this is not fair paying 1eth for receiving monthly dividends. and there is no future guaranty of atlant project success. even successful project are not asking for money of any dividends or airdrop. rather they give relief to their users and get more investors and liquidity.

everyone decides what is important to him. people who received big payments on bounty makes sense to risk a hundred dollars. in addition, this project can give a good profit if the market grows after some time.

I keep asking myself why tokenization first?

Atlant should be an Airbnb killer so rentals should be in the first place especially if tokenization platform is still questionable because of regulation and licenses.
