I think this change is good, because hardcap is very big
but how about total tokens for bounty ?
Whether to be reduced, or fixed?

There is no announcement for the total bounty and I think the only purpose to change the hard cap is to make it more reliable.
Bounty is fixed already and it does not rely on the sales, and its one of the reason also why people support to advertise this product.
So, I believe there will be no changes on this side.

In order to be eligible for a reward you need to make at least 10 posts per week. You shouldn't miss a week once you enter the campaign

Otherwise you are not eligible for a reward and/or have to register once again

Minimal amount of total posts to be eligible for a reward is 50
