You should use http://btcticker.appspot.com/ for the pricing. Makes it much easier.
Basically you just change the amount on this image url and insert it in the post as an image - http://btcticker.appspot.com/mtgox/100.00usd.png . It keeps the BTC price 'hedged' against that dollar amount.

Good question! Each additional shirt adds $2 to the shipping cost.
So two shirts int'l is: (15x2)+8+2 = $40

Will the t shirt be durable enough for machine wash? What I mean is the graphics won't come off because some washing machines are rough.
Is there going to be a white version with black graphics? Black is too warm to wear on golf courses.

The prints are very durable. These aren't cheap cafepress iron-ons; I use a massive four-station carousel press and professional-grade plastisol inks, and the final prints are fully cured at 320F in a conveyor-style drying oven. You can machine wash them as much as you want!
I've been doing this for over two years, and the first shirt I ever printed still looks great
If there's enough interest in the black shirt, I may consider doing a run of white shirts as well. White isn't as popular a color, so we don't keep a lot of it on hand

Don't want to spam the thread but should we use current Mt Gox price to calculate the BTC cost? How do we calc. shipping? What if we don't get 12 (of course we will)! Thanks!
