Hi,
I just finished going through the claims via blockexplorer.
Our old chain had a blockheight of 234091, last block at 2014-05-11 06:28:35 UTC
We took the current chain at a blockheight of 238575, last block at 2014-05-14 10:40:37 UTC
We could verify damages on 2 claims and adjusted the value to the real damages.
We couldn't verify any damages on 1 claim.
We couldn't find 2 Addresses.
At the current state we can payout the 85% of the 2 verified damages.
I've PM'd those that couldn't be verified.
I will await their response before taking any further actions.

We are also contacting exchanges and getting the word out via twitter. Next to this we're working on an explorer so we can get on coinmarketcap and we might even create a tipbot!
If the coin is successful the exchanges will adopt it on their own because they'll want the commission, remember when Quark went from $50,000 market cap to $60,000,000 in november...

I agree that funds should be used for voting/marketing. But they need to be wise. Do not spend on a useless exchange and focus one at a time. Obviously they will need a lot more donations and/or the coin to go up a ton in order to do all of these things.
