I was reading Virwox's ToS and usually takes a few hours, its just a security check to ensure no fraud is being done, so everything should be fine.

It doesn't really seem like the type of project that would need a signature campaign, as it would cut the profits by a lot, and you probably don't earn much per new person that joins.
