Yep. A lot of people here do not seem to understand the trademarks, lawyers and lawsuits much.
I'm waiting for someone to try LEGO. They're the fastest IMHO; once I bought a domain with LEGO in, I haven't had time to set up nameservers yet, I already received a big nice letter.
