Distribution will ultimately be at my discretion but here are some of the factors that will be taken into consideration: Activity, post count, length of average post, member status, sign up date, and whether i believe your post history passes the turing test. I would like to give the same amount to everyone but it is not possible to know that one account equals one body. This weighting is the best way i know to combat the problem of would be exploiters.
