I think its time that I do a giveaway on here! If you wish to leave any merit this is much appreciated albeit not a requirement to join this giveaway.
I have an extra Arculus wallet from Bitcoin 2022 in Miami.
I will cover shipping inside US, outside US the winner will be required to pay for shipping in BTC.

Sorry for going somewhat into offtopic here but where did you get that from ? I couldn't find any info on that on their website except that they only support USD as fiat currency.
If that is the case though, I'll open up my spot on this raffle aswell. Someone from the US should get it

once its full or once you decide to end the entries - you select a future block (one that has not been mined yet) and provide that number here.
once that block is mined, typically the last 2 digits within that blocks hash decides the winner - note you have "100" on your list, it should just be "00" as you are using the last 2 digits.
example
block 745551 - the hash for that block was 000000000000000000054cc929c3abbe222dbd0de64160ed6d683a0e0f4310dc
the last 2 digits are "10" so that would be the winning number.
