I think you should receive 15 of them, If every buyer will be limited to the amount he ordered at the first time everybody should be served.
No real reason to limit anyone to 10 pieces, because Augusto will receive equal ammount to that he previoulsy ordered.
Real limit is the number you ordered for 2.10 BTC

Is this open yet? Topic title now states [OPEN] instead of [CLOSED] so I'm wondering.

I understand that this offer is limited to original GB buyers. What about the quantity, it seems to be an issue. Limiting it to a maximum of n per buyer, where n is the quantity bought in the original GB by the buyer seems fair.

If that is agreed, how do we place order?

You are able to order ammount of block erupters equal to your previous order.
So if you ordered 4 STICKS with Augusto GB, you can now have ONLY 4 more for discounted price of 0.1 BTC
If you are inital buyer the new price is about 0.6 BTC depending on reseller.
So how come can you accept 10 pieces for each buyer?
