The new rate starts from the moment he posted the rate change.

When posts are counted, a part gets paid old rate and a part gets paid the new rate.

I'm glad this was resolved in a fair and fast manner!

Everybody should understand that the rates will be lower on all campaigns next week, as price has almost doubled.

By using the new rate for posts after the announcement, it is handled fairly.
