OP is handling the payouts of the campaign, izanagi is managing the campaign for OP (going through applications and counting the valid posts).
Thread is very alive and people are joining and leaving on a weekly basis. Payouts are also happening according to OP conditions (up to a week after post count, mostly shortly after the weekend).

Better don't tell me that all senoir spots are filled, like you did above me.
As I changed my signature and signed up for an account etc. etc. cuz you didn't change anything on your OP, also your title says open.
Lol are you forcing the campaign manager to say that you are accepted? Anyway , for stats its also clearly stated in the OP that you have to check the doc sheet not the OP, as it rarely gets updated. And as it seems all Sr. member slots are full , you should try after someone either gets kicked out because of either not reaching the min post/is inactive or someone voluntarily withdraws from the campaign.As I changed my signature and signed up for an account etc. etc. cuz you didn't change anything on your OP, also your title says open.
And changing sig and signing up for an account takes something like 5 mins, not that much of hard work is it?
Edit: In some cases it also may happen that izanagi will remove one of the low quality poster and enroll you, but that would require your posts to have very constructive.

Yes it is full for Hero Member as listed on the google docs. So for anyone who want to participate/apply, its better the check the google docs instead of the opening post because the google docs is updated more frequently.
