I dont see any rule like this in the your post.There should be some limits to them.Ofcourse, if the majority of the post are from off-topic than you can ignore those post.But,If you are not at all counting them ,than I am out!

Someone asked the questions before. Anyway, let's try one week first. But you will get paid for the first week whether they are off-topic posts or not. Later let's decide whether to continue or not.

Hi, I understand your logic. But some of your posts are too short, and they are not constructive. Although they also have advertising effect, they bring very little traffic to the site. Oh, I just see that you did not change the link in your signature. Please change that.

and I disagree that shorter post bringt less traffic to the site als long.
and I do not think that if I make 12 post per week ,
and they did not do any advertising your site. I saw that have not only traffic, but signup als.
