he must complete 1 month because now OP can disqualify him for not completing 1 month done all in hurry its not good decision

This is basically also my situation.
The only thing that would be inscentive for them to pay us is their reputation.
If it turns out they've scammed all of their advertisers that won't be good for their site.

I'm very sure they'll pay everyone who has advertised for them the last month
if you applied before they closed the program for new entrants.
There's no reason for them to lose their whole reputation as a site just to not pay
it's advertisers. Wait till the 24th and we'll see then
