I will order 2 units as soon as I get the bitcoins, should be tomorrow or the day after.  Cry

Hope it will be OK  Huh

You better be quick, we just passed 50 and I am preparing to close!  I will be leaving a bit of time but to be fair to the people that have already ordered it won't be long (less than two days, Friedcat usually takes that long to get me a payment address)

Update will be available soon (within the next few hours).

46/50!

I am getting ready to close, I know there are a few people just about to get bitcoins so once we have hit 50 I will be giving a 24 hour notice with a countdown.

37/50 nearly there!  I will start making preparations to close soon.

A pile of miners from group buy one are on their way, I am about to drive about to see if I can locate the last 65 from that order.

Update from group buy one;-
Second shipment just passed customs (with the required payments) so hopefully that will be here tomorrow.  It got held up a bit, must be something to do with the kilo of crack that friedcat sent me (jk).

I am leaving work today at 2pm (it is 10:30 am here now) to finish getting shipment one on its way.

Neil

Now at 29/50.  Everything is looking good to close this group buy over the weekend if not before.

Update from Group 1.  After driving half way across the country (not really, only about 50k) I tracked down the first package and the first 50 have arrived!

As you can see I have arranged them all spitting on top of the sticky labels of their owners ready for me to stick in boxes (not in camera shot).

The second lot is still in Auckland with customs.

"By the way" - i'm guessing you'll *place* the order as soon as the minimum of 50 is fulfilled. How long does the shipping (from the manufacturer/seller to you) take?

That is the general idea, in reality Friedcat is quite busy and sometimes takes a bit of time to accept the bitcoins (I need that Futurama picture of Fry say "Shut Up And Take My Money").  In practice it seems that there will be a lead time of 1 - 2 days and I will most likely keep it open with a countdown.

As far as the shipping from ASICMiner to me, the DHL website says 5 to 10 working days.  I currently have 2 packages from ASICMiner coming to me since last Friday and I will post here when I receive any of them.  International shipping is a bit of a random thing though.

why do international buyers have to pay an extra 0.6 BTC ?? what are you shipping them by? rocket from your ass?
sounds like a rip off

I'm assuming that it has to do with customs duties?

And I'm also assuming that if I'm in the USA I'd still need to pay the extra 0.6 BTC???

From me?  Yes sorry, each time I order a block of 50 of these it is close to 10,000 USD in value and if it gets locked up in customs because I don't do things correctly..... it is just not a chance that I am willing to take with a pile of other peoples money.

Two reasons;-

1. I don't intend to skip on paying taxes/duty/customs fees.

2. I am not an unpaid ASICMiner worker.

Besides, they don't HAVE to.

Neil.

Does the term "all included" (also) mean "including shipping to wherever"? Smiley

Why do I feel like your going to ask me to ship to mars?

But yeah, shipping is included*.

anything I could manage.

A: Click the order link above and they are there, by submitting an order agree to them.

A: No, that is between them and I.

A: I am dyslexic (no joke).
