Hello, for sosial bounties you using TVE but look like this is a bad situation many account disable TVE without any reason, what happen with my incent token in TVE still we can claim or just gone? i have sent support ticket to TVE but the answer is not satisfied me  Angry
That's something we have no power over. I am sure they don't block accounts without any reason, though. Please get in touch with their support or message killakem, the founder of TVE.

I think Incent team need to resolve the issue with the ico page, just imagine a potential investor visit the page to invest and see the page performing that bad, easily He is going to thank God for warning him before investing in the project. Performance like this doesn't win investors trust
We're having issues with our block reader (3rd party) and are being DDoS'ed every other day. We try our best to keep the performance on a high level but there seem to people who don't want that.

Karl.... two things... firstly I thought this was being capped at 300? We seem to be well above that now and the campaign hasn't been officially closed.

Also... could my rank PLEASE be updated to full member? I have PM'd and posted in the ICO thread and had no response.

Some account were not accepted into the campaign, you can check the list, because the serial no is more than 300 accounts doesn't mean that all the 300 accounts were accepted into the campaign

Have tried to register at theviralexchange.com but not responding for the past 4 weeks. Is the website having problem with registration lately? Kindly get back to me If u have any idea on this.
Not that I know of. Actually, I know of people who just registered without any problems. What does the error message say? Have you created a support ticket/contacted TVE directly?
The response was 'The IP your are using is behind a proxy or a vpn, please use your real ip' I use my phone wifi hotspot with my laptop. What could be the reason for this complains. I can't remember using anything to hide or change my IP. I tried using other computer in my friends place but it gave me the same response. What could be wrong?
Frankly speaking, I have no idea. Please get in touch with the support of TVE!
