Honestly anyone can create a account selling post by using other users account info. If we believe it that both of the account is owned by one then its not gonna be fair IMO. It can create from a bad intention of the account seller where he wants to spoil that legendery members profile reputation
As an example if someone use OPs information and make a account selling post from another account then its nothing but a cheap try to hit OPs reputation I think. But one thing is pretty much sure that account sell poster is enough guilty to be tagged and rest decission could be made after getting more evidence against this same owner issue.
These are not related accounts.⚉ I simply asked the account owner to comment on the change in writing style, changes in preferences regarding the “Local” and a significant time gap between posts.
