Specifically to South Africa, it's ~$11 if you're only getting a few coins. All countries have different rates mailing from the US, and it's too much of a hassle for me to list rates for every country, for every weight. There is a base cost that no matter how light the package is, it will cost that much ($7), and every additional ounce is a small increment added to the base cost. For anyone else wonder cost to your country, feel free to verify here:

If there aren't higher rates to ship there vs say from US to UK, then it should be on the lower end. Some little island in the middle of nowhere may likely incur more costs than a main destination, based on USPS rates.
We're not looking to profit off shipping...just cover mailing, packaging, and any other reasonable costs.
