I sent a message to @yxbear in telegram. I told him our case about the payment being delayed for 3 weeks now going on 4th week. Hope he can reach out Madz personally for him to update us regarding this campaign. I can't really think of any reason why Madz is not giving us updates.
Right, at this point it is unusual eve for the campaign to have such a delay like this currently. Especially unusual is that MadZ hasn't even been logging in like he was during other delays, which leads me to think something bad happened either to him or somebody he knows, or he's just vacationing and forgot to let us know 
I thought the campaign time ended on monday 12AM...AKA Sunday is the last day for posts to count on that week?

You guys made me worry. Seriously, maybe someone from the forum has any personal contact to MadZ, or can reach to him other ways to check if everything is OK. Hope all is good.

These values are the equivalent payment rates from when the campaign first started. The exchange rate for IOST and BTC will be determined on payment day as the average of current USD price for each along with the closing prices for the previous 2 days.

I get this feeling that all is not well with Madz, because being absent since June 10th and no explanation for 3 weeks payment yet to be cleared, when the fund is available, is not something, I think he ordinarily would want to do.

Hoping Madz is okay. I know he's trustworthy so I don't worry about not getting paid for he'll surely pay us all. What I'm worried about right now is Madz, we really don't know what he is going through in real life. Hope that he's doing fine and will update us anytime soon.

I tried to message him via telegram but it seems he is last seen on June 4th. I don't think he will just take a break now as he is responsible for running this campaign and that he is escrowing $150k+ in tokens. I don't know, may he got unwell or something, 3 weeks without payment is justifiable only if he had given some kind of update on the situation - which is a reason to worry. I hope this get sorted out soon.

Maybe its time to reach out someone from the IOST the one they call Bear so they can contact Madz if he's doing okay. It's so unlikely about Madz not being online for this long.
It is summer so part of me wants to believe that it is just some vacation that MadZ is taking and doesn't have computer access well, because vacation. That's really the only thing I could think of that would lead them to not even log in. We are used to a little delay in this campaign but even then MadZ was logging in every day. And you're right now it's about 3 weeks behind in a couple days...
Coming up on 3 weeks of no payment. I believe most of us can wait patiently given all the "bonus" rewards we've previously received from this campaign. I'm just worried that something as simple as an update is still missing. Hopefully nothing untoward has happened.
The funds are escrowed and we can see that its still there so no need to worry. I bet MadZ has a good reason why it's delayed. Let's just wait.
Let's just all be patient and wait for Madz to go online. He already said that this campaign will last till the end of June and I trust Madz. If one of you have the means to contact Madz personally or even the IOST team for the update regarding this campaign then that would be good. Let's stop speculating things and for us to be able to let our minds be free from negativity. Madz please update us, your people needs you. Please take some responsibility of letting us know what is going on with you this past few days.

I wonder why this delay has happened and even MadZ activity has decreased by a lot lately, coming on another 3 day period of no-login. Spreadsheet has no week 6, market is entirely in the red lately. Feeling pretty down right now personally.
I see that too, he isn't even logging in to the forum. May be caught up with something really important. I suggest we keep posting till the end of june as told by him while waiting for the payment. Lets not assume anything. This has been such a great campaign both for IOST team and us - the participants, lets not make it end differently. I am sure he will be back in some days or at least by the end of june.

Two weeks payments delayed for unknown reason , hope you guys manage to solve this asap .. I keep my respect for whatever that reason.
Finally I've decided to leave the campaign by now , I would like to thanks for everything during the last 6 weeks , I've done the task and have got a great time joining one of the best signature campaign.
