OP can you please give some details of the plan for what you'll be mining and how the exchange will work? This is quite a different situation than pure BTC mining and BTC payouts.. there's a few variables there.

usually I use to check for interest in Forum for shares before release my orders to the public... as the interest gain/shares paid would be enough for us, the orders will be paid in full, AS ALWAYS DONE BEFORE, without issues of any sort till now!

I think not since they are explicitly talking about ATX PSUs to be bought by TITAN customers...
In any case, in my opinion is always preferable to hold directly the hardware (especially since we are in the same "time-zone" of KnC)...
