Rate 0.0008 btc per post looks good for Sr. Members, but overall 0.016 per week not really..
My advice is to make max limit of posts a bit bigger.. for example 30 posts/week and minimum 15 posts/week - this will attract more Senior Members. If you don't want change rates, will be better open this campaign for Full Members.

Couple of things-
Why not you taking Members and above and also you mention top rate 0.0008 btc per post but yout max post is 20 . So overall you rate is too less than others . SO you will have to increase the post per week to 40 or make pay per post to 0.0016

I like to join here...but I am little confused :
1. Is it fixed pay campaign as no minimum post requirement is mentioned ?
20 posts per week -> 0.016 btc pay out and 19 posts -> zero pay
But, this term contradicts these
2. Must need to write 15 posts in gambling/gambling discussion boards per week?
(If it is not fixed pay campaign, may I understand that only 5 posts will be counted from other allowed sections ?)

There is no minimum number of posts. There are two max limits per week:
- max 5 posts in other sections than Gambling
- max 20 posts per week
In other words, when you write 15 posts in Gambling section and 5 in other (allowed) sections you will get max payment - 0.016 BTC
