EDIT: Nevermind, around 20 people.

The campaign has stopped for Full Members, so the actual number is less than 20 and I might still retain one Full Member. However, the post quality overall has been quite disappointing.

Yes all members should reapply.
Old participants lower than Sr.member are not accepted anymore, but we can make exceptions regarding post quality, seniority, trust, etc.
