It is my first experience in mixer and i liked it for its privacy and it is easy to use.
But, you need to improve your mixer, so BTC's, LTC's and BCH's price is not same and you keep all of them equal, i mean the minimum deposit is 0.005 for them. It would be much better if you calculate the price according to coin.

I used this mixer to transfer some coins to a sportsbook website.I used the mobile version.

I was clueless on how to begin the mixing,finally I scrolled down & clicked the button 'START MIXING' Could you highlight the button or bring it up?

Could you please add an option of entering the amount while scrolling the % distribution bar?I am not sure whether it will be a good addition, but I found it hard to distribute my coins to multi address.So I used only one address instead.

Wow, it looks like I'm running a little bit late and you're almost out of slots. I was planning to test since you only have a very select few reviews under your belt. Hopefully I get the chance to test out your service before you are finished giving out the bounty, but regardless I will plan on testing out your service as soon as possible. It wouldn't feel right to be involved for this long and then simply walk away without even giving it a shot. I doubt there is any chance at you saving me a slot, because I assume it is first come first serve, in any case good on you for actually paying out your users as you have promised.

Looking forward to the big update that you are speaking about, which incorporates all of the comments and feedback you have received from the community. Maybe you'll even open up another round of testing, bug-finding and things of that nature. Big updates, normally come with big problems that require testing.

The bestmixer.io site is very impressive , secured and well organized. Even though its my first time using this mixing coins , this site is user-friendly that is why i never get lost. This is so easy to use and have an amazing user interface. There is no problem at the speed and a very well done design . "thumbs up".  So reliable and and most of all low service fee. my review :
I gave this a go, its actually very straight forward and no hassle design to use.    I'm naturally very cautious about double checking everything, especially with a new site I've logged onto.    In this case there is really not any excuse for apprehension as it doesn't even need logging into or any kind of catch or small print complication to the process.

Everything is laid out pretty clearly and sliders are there to adjust a couple of values which helps add a personal random factor to your mix very simply.   I did hover over the explanation briefly and its quite clear what each slider is doing and why and how this effects the mix strength or anonymous distribution over the blockchain.     I really do think every site should be like this for the masses of people out there who might have use of crypto but really dont want to have to be fluent in hexadecimal in order to use it, this is just point and click design and requires no prior knowledge or study to go through.

As far as criticism, I cant find much.  At one point I wanted to click back (but that wasnt possible) to double check my address but I realised after this isnt necessary anyway as the process involves a short text file giving strict details of the transaction including the LTC receipt address I was using.   At no point was I tied in or forced to proceed in any case.   There isnt a tricky time limit to race to meet, its simply a 24hr window and send when you feel like which is great as some places are slow to send out when I request it.    The delay in the mix is set with a slider so I also know when I will get the coins back, which is good.
It gives a discount code for return customers, the only idea I can think of quickly is the return code could be tied to random icon and personal phrase for security, personal recognition of the site.  Since theres no login that might not be relevant.

Fees are stated outright before sending with a quick calc on the address page so its certain what you will get back post mix.   I personally like the colours and layout, pages loaded fast, the confirmation of coins sent to mix was fast and its an ideal site design for me on 1080p desktop.

In this service by me has been made operation on mixing in litecoin coin. On the website existence of very many various languages very much was pleasant that it will become unconditional a lung for use of service for mix to users from the different countries. The interface very sympathetic and that is important for me, pages quite easy and occupy few resources of the processor and random access memory. Generally I recommend service for those who never used mixing, here everything is clear even to the beginner.

The website is pretty simple and user-friendly. I didn't not have difficulty in using the site even I'm new to mixer. The site is pretty organized and looked well. In transaction process, it is smooth and hussle-free because the interfacing provides insurance that your transaction work well. The process will be finished depends on transfer delay and will start as soon as the deposit was made. My question is does it always really need a longer time for the mixing to become strong? but still, this is like an average mixer, So I have neutral review for this. Its performance will prove how well it can function when it is already launched.

The design of the site is very user friendly,  I do like how it gives step by step directions. It has a sleek design and loads quickly. I also enjoy the privacy and anonymity by not needing to create an account to use the website. It did seem like it took a little long to get my deposit back, but nothing major. I have already received my Litecoin back! The site was very easy to use and clean looking and my coins have been returned and successfully mixed! At a very good price too, there was a minimal fee.

Here's my review

To begin with, I never used a mixing service before so I can't really compare it with other such services. When I opened the site I was served a sparsely translated Russian page where the majority of information was still in English. I guess this is not what Russian users will like. I don't mind using an English version for myself, but this macaronic mixture of languages doesn't look good. I checked other pages like the FAQ section, and it is even worse than that. Some questions are translated, some not, while most of the answers are in English. Other parts are not translated at all. You can do better!

I've got some spare litecoins at WEX, so I decided to give it a try using Litecoin for the test. The page where I was to set up mixing parameters is pretty straightforward and intuitive, so I encountered no particular issues with entering all required information (just an address field and two sliders for commission and delay). I set the commission to the lowest possible value (0.5%), transfer delay to 2 hours, and then entered the address of my desktop Litecoin wallet. For the record, the dark-blue theme is nice and not disturbing or otherwise uncomfortable to my eyes in any way (I don't know why others didn't like it)

After agreeing to the terms, I was taken to the next screen where a deposit address is disclosed. The minimum amount for Litecoin is 0.005 LTC, and I chose to send as little as 0.01 LTC. The mixer was pretty fast to pick up my transaction and show the coins coming in. I had to wait a couple of minutes until my TX got confirmed and after about 2 hours I received the coins into my desktop wallet with no issues either. I'd rather say everything went smooth enough for a first-time experience in mixing coins. Just in case, don't bother paying back the fees, they were tiny anyway

To sum it up, the only thing that I didn't quite like about your mixer is highly incomplete Russian translation. Also, it would be nice to have a countdown timer showing the time remaining till the final transfer of funds is made

So I gave this website a shot,and here's my review on this:

Introduction: The introduction is well,not bad. There can be so many improvements. Not everything is properly explained. A new user who is very much new to mixing,may find it confusing. So I suggest you to re-analyse your guides.

User Interface: The User interface is good,not the best though. I still prefer chipmixer's  UI to any other UI. The dark theme isn't eye catching,because it sort of has a space background,which is not exactly related to mixing.

Mixing experience: Again,things aren't much clear when you start mixing,I like how chipmixer guides through the entire process more simplistically. Chipmixer even offers the session for 7 days,and it even gives the option to extend the session. I sent a huge amount of bitcoins to your mixing website,still waiting for it to be processed. The timer sucks because it never changes,like it should be changing every second,at least that is what I would expect but it is not so.

Why you should use bestmixer: If you want to be anonymous,you can use bestmixer. This mixer is probably for those who already have experience in mixing their coins. This website even offers for mixing other cryptos like Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash. Ethereum is coming soon. If you're a TOR user,you can use this website as well. Developers can use their API too. They provide you a "Letter of Guarantee",if you're into that.

Conclusion: Now,I don't like this mixer very much,but I can hope for it to be better in the future. Probably because I find chipmixer much better and convenient but nonetheless. Fees aren't bad. But one thing that definitely needs change is that you need to entirely change your FAQs,your introduction,I wouldn't even mind if you change your entire website into a new,better and user-friendly experience.

Hey there! I've just checked your mixer. Generally everything seems fine but there are some things that you can improve.
First is you can highlight the timer. It is easy to skip it while sending coins and get a default 2 hr delay.
Second is that you have to work on russian translation. FAQ section looks bad. You should either leave everything in english or make a russian translation for everything. Now the questions are in russian but the answers are in english. Looks like a small troling If you want I can help you with translarion, just PM me.
One more thing. The minimum amount of coins now is close to 50$. Meanwhile there are a lot of things under that price that people are bouing in the internet. It shouldn't be darknet stuff. Even if people want to pay for simple things or make a small annonymous donation. You probably have your own thoughts on this thing but imho it could be nice if the minimum amount would be lowered to 0.0025 BTC.
Mixed coins were sent back when my transaction got approximately 3 confirmations which is not bad because some services require 6 confirmations.

1. Great to see how simplified you have defined what your service is all about on the landing page, going further down you have given users a reason to use mixers particularly BESTMIXER.IO.

2. You have kept everything nice and clean did not encounter any sort of flaws and expect this flawless service to go on 

3. When it came to mixing my coins I like how we can freely change the transfer delay time which makes it difficult to be analyzed unlike what others have which is usually fixed.

4. After mixing my coins I see there is a special discount system running hope this isn't just a promotional code and by the way whats the discount on these codes?

5. Am yet to see if order page is terminated after 24 hours as the notification says and maybe text colour for this should be brighter its too dull to see

Conclusion: Privacy needs to be prioritized you might never know who is watching you and thanks to BESTMIXER for making this possible.

I almost didn't find any loopholes for suggestions, because all the users already provide suggestions and reviews that build. this site is a new site right ? we've known the famous mixing site before, that is bitmixer. they stop for some reason. My question is it your site can guarantee your site will live all time ? or if you have a legal protection to keep no pressure from anywhere, so your site stays alive?

Then I think you need a live chat feature with support. because bestmixer is still a new site, maybe there are some users who want to ask first and they want an instant answer.

Then when I try to do mixing, I see there is "transfer delay" and "service fee" then I fill it and see "Mixing strength meter" shows weak. then I wonder when I will receive my coin ? with "Mixing strength meter" shows weak value?
I think you also need to add as "expected time when you will get your coin" when you have formulated "service fee", "transfer fee" and "add address"

I mixed some bitcoin cash using the mixer, here's what i think about this service:


The homepage contains a lot of text! Pretty sure majority of the user's didn't even read it.Homepage is the most crucial part of your website, you have to keep it simple and appealing.
If you can shift that paragraph below, and replace it with major bullet points(points that will make the visitor's use your service).People are lazy, they want to be served without putting in any efforts.There brains will read those bullet points automatically whereas will skip the paragraph for sure.

Moving on, on the mixer detail page(where you have to enter fees and receiving address), how about shifting the best mixer code field below the address?It looks annoying to me.Just my 2 cents .-.

The color of strong of the mixing strength meter was a bit dull.Can be a better green.
The details inside the letter were correct and I was able to verify the signature.I received my coins within 38 minutes(the delay was of 35).Impressed.

Overall, the service as a mixer was done as expected.Agreeing with the other user's , a little bit of upgradation in the design will give it a perfect touch.

• The template was good centering the category seems misplace I think it would be better if the unordered list was fixed to the left below the changing of language.
• The galaxy image background looks like inappropriate in a mixing services a plain and simple background is enough I guess the color of the background is a little bit odd for being darkish blue.
• Response of the page is good I tried to close the order page and open it again it still there I'm not sure it will be the same if I utilize incognito or tor.
• Excellent introduction what is cryptocurrency and how to truly become anonymous using mixing services and the respond of javascript was good on clearnet.
• The minimum amount required for mixing a bitcoin was 0.005 which is bad in this case cause the minimum amount I ought to mix was 0.00035BTC and I thought that is irrational cause the minimum amount you need to mix ltc was also around 0.005LTC and if I convert 0.00035BTC to ltc that was 0.02LTC therefore the minimum amount in LTC need to be change to fix the consistency of service

Some positives and work in progress features I see on bestmixer

Positives
Crypto mixers have long concentrated on mixing btc only but now I see the best mixer breaking this trend by making it possible to mix some of the popular altcoins on the market.

- I like the User interface, its clean and easy to use, nothing complicated.
- FAVICON seems to have been fixed
-‎ Fees are competitive if compared to other mixers
-‎ Good to see minimum coins is shown before mixing to avoid the "whats the minmum i can mix questions as most of us do not read this tab #FACT"

Needs some work
- floating fee calulator button could be used so that we use this feature more often as the current one is easy to miss
- ‎some marketing to make the mixer name grow.
- I would like to suggest that a change of colour is done to the bold characters to avoid users new to the world of mixing from missing this information but still fine the way it is.


OVERALL: Great mixer hope it lives for a long time and doesnt leave when it grows its user base like one mixer did but so far I enjoyed the experience.

Once this is complete you will be provided a deposit address. Deposit to this address, and you will have your crypto mixed as per your specified parameters.

The website has a cool, modern design to it, definitely looks like Bestmixer have taken care to ensure it is easy to navigate. Clean, and simple, with all the features you would expect from a professional service, including a FAQ page and multiple language options

Value of service

The fee ranges from 0.5 - 3% of the amount, with you being able to choose how much fee you pay (as part of the mixing strategy). Even at the highest fee level, this service is still affordable and could be worth its weight in gold for the right person.

First, I'm a noob so I really don't have any idea what a "Bitcoin mixer" does and I have some questions to myself like what's the purpose of mixing, why would I use such service if I can just directly send my Bitcoin to my address. But with the Wiki's help, I have understood what's the importance of mixing your coins — "to keep the information about where they store and send their coins private, or where they receive it from" — in simplest term, for anonymity purposes.

So since I'm a noob, before trying the service, I looked first for the Hows and Whys, and found/read them. If you are really to read those, you'll understand immediately what's the purpose of the service. = Positive point

Next, since I already have an idea, I then tried to mix. Another positive point for including extra information when hovering on the tags such as "Service fee", "transfer delay", etc. And again, since I'm a noob, I've followed the recommendations indicated in the "Mixing strength meter". I downloaded the Letter of Guarantee then sent the minimum required amount of Bitcoin (I chose to mix Bitcoin) to the address displayed. Upon sending, the page instantly displayed that it received my coin.

While waiting for confirmation, I checked the most "must have" in services like this, the Support. I sent a message and waited for some time before I received a response (average of 20-30 minutes), I thought it's alright since you've just started the service. Hopefully, response time will be decreased as your community grows. What I didn't liked about the support is the response I've received, I'm a noob so I acted like a noob, some people doesn't bother to read FAQs or the like and just want to ask directly the Support, I asked "how does this thing works?", the response is "what are you talking about ?" without a simple "Hi" or "Hello". I also received a response of just links, and seems deleted after some minutes. I don't know if the person I talked to is annoyed, for that, I'm giving a negative point.

While I'm writing this review, the current status of my transaction is "Confirmed, Pending", so I think I need to wait for the times I've input which are 1 hour and 2 hours. My problem is I didn't check the time when I sent the Bitcoin or when the transaction has been confirmed, so maybe displaying the time stamp of when the coin has received/confirmed or when the coins will be sent to my address(es) will help. Neutral point for that.

As to the website speed and design, it's loading pretty fast, the design is fine and doesn't hurt my eyes, and it's easy to navigate. I noticed that you are also supporting multiple languages which is great. Overall, the website is good and is doing what it's supposed to do. Also, here are other suggestions:

• Let's say I wanted to make some changes in my entries, e.g., change/remove/add wallet address, I don't see any options to go back to previous steps, I don't want to start all over again just because of some minor changes, so a "Go back to previous step" might help.
• And for the percentage distribution to be more clear before proceeding, I think the Fee calculator should be available in Step 2.

Conclusion:
The website is user-friendly; the service is functioning what it's supposed to function and is accurate; easy to understand for newbies; hopefully, Support will be improved; when I want to mix other currencies, I don't need to search for other mixer as BestMixer supports multiple currencies.

I have mixed some Bitcoin on your site and here is my review.

The first time I open the website, I see the loader page my guess its using Javascript. The good things are the loading time is quick enough but sadly when I once tried open the TOR website the loader takes a time, and it's really bad for website performance.

The website design is pretty straightforward but not enough user-friendly. I believe there are a people who not techy enough that have some trouble with the mixing process, but once I look to the FAQ pages, pretty much all covered. And, the first landing page is lack of utilization and design, the font is hard to read. Reworking the first page would definitely make your website prettier. Personally, I will add some videos to the landing pages about mixing and your mixing sites.

and about the mixing process, I think adding support for the Bench21 address to the receiving address would be good.

I see where you plan to add ethereum mixing. When it will be available, I would like to try.

I've mixed some bitcoin cash (almost a half) using your mixer and here's how I'd like to sum it all up:

-Overall, the process was very simple.

-The final transaction's explorer URL should be provided after the order is completed.

-Fee calculator should be placed on "Service Fee" page as well.

-3 minute transfer delay and 48 hours transfer delay provide an equal strength to Mixing strength meter. I think with increase of further transfer delay (after 3 minutes), the Mixing strength meter should increase further as well.

-Interface is extremely easy-to-use. Even a 3-year-old can easily figure out how it all works.

-Website is superbly responsive on every of my devices (android phone, tablet, laptop).

-SEO hasn't been focused much IMO, page consists of just three keywords and bestmixer.io doesn't pop up on Google even with those only-three search keywords.

One think that i liked was that they use a P2SH embedded address with segwit, i didnt take any advantage with this but this shows the preocupation with the bitcoin as all. When the transaction was received the accuracy of minutes that i have defined was extremly high and i received the mixed amount in the chosen time (the delay to difficult the tracking). About the quality of mix of my cois, i have done this just for a test, so i had sent the mixed coins back to the same wallet used to pay, but in a real situation this service will be very usuful and i really recommends this service. I was able to select up to 10 output addresses, I don't think that more than this many is needed. There is no problem with using legacy and nested (starting with 3) addresses since they are compatible. What a pity that you can't send to native SegWit addresses (starting with bc1). These address will become more popular in the future, you should consider supporting it. I really like the idea of using sliders, they are pretty accurate and there are no problems with selecting certain values. However, it would be nice to be able to modify the transfer delay and the percentage distribution by simply typing the value you want. Some people might prefer this option over sliders. Mixing strength meter is a nice thing, especially for newbies who probably don't know much about pseudo-anonymous nature of Bitcoin. You can view what steps you should take in order to be more anonymous, quite useful. It's worth mentioning that before you ask your customer to send coins to your address, you inform the user about the limited time (24 hours) and the importance of "Letter of Guarantee" which obligates you to complete your service. Every page except the homepage, including the order pages, the fees, wiki, and the FAQ are lagging on my computer. This is unusual for me because my browser and computer are normal, never experience this before with any other sites. This is a huge issue and it makes the whole process quite uncomfortable. Any idea what causing the lag? Other than that, user interface is good and fine, just like other mixing services, quite self-explanatory which is good. The design is also fine, but not that good. Surely you can improve a lot in the design. You should also allow users to customize the outgoing tx fee rate for even better privacy. I've seen this implemented in another mixing service before. It is still slightly incomplete, the clouds that describe BestMixer features are  not translated and FAQ is not complete (hopefully you will correct it soon, this is an important information). The other thing that I've noticed is that bestmixer.io is showing the incoming transactions right after you send it while most of similar services only show confirmed transactions. Such feature is usefull when you are mixing such low speed coins as BTC. The speed and design of the website are fine. FAQ is clear (if you read it in english), calculators and tor link are fine. Everything works as it should be. A possibility of integrating your API to other websites looks interesting but I don't have my own website so I couldn't check it.  Right now I am waiting for my coins. Transfer delay automatically stands on 2 hr 30 min. My suggestion is to add a countdown to the order pannell. It looks like a site that was designed in 2006. Texts were rather large and everything seemed dumbed down and clunky. Also, I didn't understand get why the favicon, the iconography of the 'Start Mixing' button did not match the logo. By the way that rocket icon for the mixing button is ripped off the internet. I've seen that same design in many places. If Bestmixer.io wants to establish a solid identity, then they need to do a better job of developing unique graphics that's exclusive to their site. However, the saving grace for the design and whole user experience part was that I did like how responsive and light the page felt. The fade-ins-&-outs were done between pages pretty tastefully and I think if they hire a professional to design the site, they could probably improve its visual appeal. Right now, if I were a big bag holder of coins, I would not trust this site based on how it looks as of now. Website Readability: "Please, Download Letter of Guarantee before send us coins" this was the main message on the order page. Just one example of text that was not proofread well. The written text made use of passive voice excessively but that's a mistake we all make these days. Readability can improve by miles if they hired a professional and certified proofreader. Process Transparency: They have made attempts to guide a newbie user through what each of their field boxes mean and what actions they perform. However, a mini narrated video or a guided flash tutorial on the page could help the ultra noob, of which there are going to be many because mixing is a fairly advanced topic. Mixing Service Strength & Speed: This is the one part where this website absolutely shines, it does what it advertises! The mixing parameters are fairly basic but they can be customized to each use case. The unconfirmed incoming transaction was instantly detected on the deposit address. Once my transaction was confirmed by the network it took the mixer around 6 or 7 minutes or so to send the BTC to my receiving wallet. Best mixing results can be obtained by increasing the delay and service fee parameter. I chose my personal fee parameter to be at 0.5% Support & Dispute Resolution: This is another place where this website can improve by a lot. They could implement a chatbot / live support functionality for users to get on the fly support. I loved the bar below it telling us basically how well the mixing would go in anonymizing the coins   I tested out the site on my phone it worked perfectly and doesn't look messed up at all. The option to add more receiving address is quite a compelling feature as well. To me the UI was very user friendly and quite intuitive, it felt so easy to use and isn't a pain at all. The fee calculator is also great, showing the user their expected amount back to them after mixing. I can safely say this mixing service gets a +1 from me and should from anybody else. It just clearly shows how things should be and everything is easy to find. Fonts are pretty readable. Font size are standard even when viewing from 3440 x 1440 screen without zooming in or having windows on standard 100% size. Mixing Process Standard mixing process which is: Step 1: Start Mixer Step 2: Enter receiving address Step 3: Choose options for fees and delays Step 4: Confirm selections (Nice touch with the warning about less anonymity when entering bare minimum on fees and delays) Step 5: Receive guarantee letter and mixing address Step 6: Done and wait for receipt of mixed coins Just pretty straight forward nothing really complicated about the process. It was not 0 delay probably because the system waited for at least 2 confirmations or it was standard processing time even at 0 delay. Mixing went just as expected. I like the "modern" design, though I'd prefer a version without Javascript, and the more security/privacy conscious people might not like running JS, even if it's all self hosted. The mixing process was straightforward. The time delay was fairly accurate, it was relayed by Blocktrail about 1 minute after the delay I set, which is very reasonable. I would add better fee estimation. I'm assuming the 6000ish satoshi fee per output is roughly the transaction fee used, which is overkill for today's fee environment. The transaction from your side used a fee just above 25 satoshis/byte, when according to Johoe's mempool statistics, there was less than half a megabyte of transactions paying over 5+ satoshis/byte. While this difference is fairly small, it does lower the end fee for your customer. I like the auto updating status screen, however I would add one more status: "Sent but unconfirmed". Even that I deslike the use of Javascript, this makes the website very user-friendly and slick. I sent a small amount (close to the minimum of 0.005BTC) and chose 1 address and no delay to test out how fast you can mix your coins if you are in a hurry (I hope that's ok even that you said you want us to focus on the Mixing strength meter). Something that I really liked about the mixing proccess is how they indicate the level of "anonymization" that your mix will have. If you add more addresses and a bigger delay, you will get a higher level in the "Mixing strength" indicator. If you do like me and use no delay and only 1 address, they will warn and suggest you that the mixing can be more effective if you tweak the settings a little bit. After I sent the coins to the receiving address, the page immediately showed the funds and a "Waiting confirmation" indicator. I waited for my transaction to get a confirmation, which thanks to how empty is the BTC mempool only too 2 minutes, and 1 min and 30 seconds later I received my coins. TLDR: The whole 'Wallet 1 -> mixer -> Wallet 2' process with no delays took only 3 min and 30 seconds. MY quick suggestion: You could also let the user customize the transaction fees (or at least give them a slider with a minimum to avoid 0 sat/byte fees). I paid a fee of 8 say/bytes and got a confirmation in the next block while you guys sent my coins with a 28 sat/byte (almost 4x more). This would also help prevent Blockchain analysis.
