10% after 60 days is fine. These two statements are contradictory - it's pretty likely the value of the coin basket would fall below 100% due to market jitter.
Escrow.ms is fine, although I prefer DannyHamilton / Tomatocage.
My apologies, I misstated that badly. I meant to say that i could not agree to the liquidation - liquidation is only if the payment is not made by the specified date.
