I forgot to mention one more rule that will be phased in this week:
Users will negative trust (a red flair on default trust level 2) won't be allowed to enroll in this campaign.
It looks like this rule will only affect one user, who will be notified later today or tomorrow.

From what I've seen that doesn't really happen. So far it seems that if users have fake followers, the majority of their followers are fake. But things will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Those new rules sound fair. I agree with the first 3, but with rule #4The following rules will be phased in after payments this evening:
- Only a maximum of two tweets and two retweets will be counted per day - and additional tweets or retweets per day won't be counted
- Users who aren't able to complete the weekly minimums will be removed from the campaign and their slots will be opened up - tweets/retweets will no longer roll over to the next week if a user is short of tweets/retweets
- A manual screening process will be phased in to screen all new applicants. It appears that quite a few users in the campaign are using fake followers, (that TwitterAudit isn't picking up) or follow for follow methods to boost their follower count. These users will be removed from the campaign.
- If a user decides to advertise for another bitcoin gambling website along with advertising for Rollin, they will only receive 50% of their normal payment.
All current participants will be reviewed in the next few days for fake followers, and will be removed from the campaign if it's clear that they're using fake followers, or follow for follow methods. Right now there isn't a limit for tweets/retweets but I'll be phasing in a rule for that (as well as a few others) for next week to cut down on campaign abuse. It's obvious that there are quite a few users with fake followers (that TwitterAudit isn't picking up) as well, so I'll have to deal with that too.
