If you can tack on merged mining, I'll be there with a fairly hefty amount of processing power. I like this idea a lot, but I can't lose the additional income.

Any chance you're merged mining (NMC)? I like the idea of a private pool and I have a significant farm, but the extra coin from NMC is hard to pass up right now...

I'd like the pool to get to 2Th/s (we are currently at 1.3Th/s) so we'll keep the invite open for a while longer.
We have a lot of BFL customers on the pool and will be closing registrations once BFL starts delivering to make sure we can keep the pool stable at the higher hash rates once some early orders are delivered.

If you guys start growing, wouldn't it be pretty easy to find your IP thru the blocks you find?
All IPs for all services are masked behind load balancers. There are also very few services that track IPs related to block propagation.
The pool will probably not be private forever but for now we'll keep things under wraps until we are sure we can handle public pool loads.

Pool is ROCK SOLID.
I'd been struggling with 50BTC and ABCpool, wasting hashes, aparently they're having DDOS attacks. Forget the 0% fees, you'll make more having a solid connection.
It's basically what we've always wanted with other pools, an exclusive connection for big players.
