I'm afraid you're putting your reputation at risk by hiring shit posters in your campaign. Nothing as bad as a service being advertised by a shit-posting account. Please either find a good signature campaign manager to carry this out for you professionally or check the post quality/merits instead of aggressive hiring. You definitely want value for your money, don't you? Also, what is the maximum number of posts that could be made by an account?

We do not want to set limits because some people can post 100 interesting posts a day and they will not be spammers and other people can publish 10 posts for a week, but they will not bring anything to the discussion. If your normal activity is, for example, 10 posts a day and it turns out that after the start of the campaign will increase by 300% and will not be substantive, it can cause you to be considered a spammer.

As I read it the competition have 2k$ budget.
The signatur campaign is another budget. But maybe I am wrong.
