This is not about gambling to wager. Your referral should use this SimpleFX trading tool to exchange currencies. Apart from the commission you earn from them, you can also win this contest because of the revenue you will earn from all your qualified referrals. But I got your point, that this is not just referring to other users and traders who will just create an account. Because if they do not deposit and use this platform, you will not get any revenue share. This is not a multiplier of referrals.

Due to the lack of interest in the contest, we have decided that if at least 10 participants do not register by tomorrow, i.e. Wednesday 23 September 2020 by 14:00 UTC, we will unfortunately have to cancel the event.
here it may not be the best conceived.
Duration of the contest: from September 22 00:00:01 UTC to October 21 but here is no deadline for registration participation on the contest. So people can try to collect referrals but depend of success, would apply to this contest. I guess the deadline for submitting registration here is also October 21. Right?
You are right, but it is not possible for us to wait until the last day for applications.
We have agreed that 40 participants must register by September 28, 2020, 14:00 UTC, to continue the competition.
I believe that within a week this number will be easily reached.

I passed your problem to the team and waiting for response. But I think it's best if you contact the support directly. As far as I know, similar problems have not been reported so far, so your problem seems to be individual and the support would certainly help you faster.
He is probably from some of the restricted countries. after registration, a notification appears (which is very possibel stopped by the browser) with his country restriction terms.
@Casdinyard check are you from any of countries listed below if so, you cannot register using an IP address located there. I guess you should use a VPN for that.

This is what I do when messages go to the spam folder that needs to be clicked such as verification or confirmation but it is not clickable. That's also what I encountered when I signed up with them, so all I did was press the Report not spam and it will go to your inbox.
