I got some questions on my mind:

1) log/ is empty. Is there a way to have the logging output there?

2) How can I forge? I would like to support the network.

2. Just run wallet and that's it. You need at least 500 000 NODE in account to forge.

Another issue. What needs to be done in order to get node running on Ubuntu? I found: https://github.com/nodepay/Docs/

I have the client running on an Ubuntu 14.04 VPS.  It hasn't had any downtime and has been stable for more than a month.

Ubuntu needs Node.js running on it, but not the one from the depositories.  You need to use the chris-lea version since it's the latest Node.js.  After you install that version, just follow the node instructions

Thanks. That might prove helpful. I go ahead and see how it works.

Two questions:

1) How come the source code is not on GitHub? Making the code open-source is a provably good way to gauge how much development has been going on and how serious/confident the devs are. And importantly, it encourages more devs to help out (like myself).
2) The website hasn't been updated in months. What's going on?

The project is still in development, after the final version will be open-source

Added to my signature, but i don't need your node. I hold my stake and spread the word, thanks.

Cool, thanks.

Not a lot of people have signed up for the giveaway so if you want the extra NODE they will be there for you unless more people sign up and claim them.

Let us see how much impact that give-away will have.

Give away should be mentioned changing topic atleast. Otherwise is difficult people can see it.

I leave just addy for coins I support (cept noble marketplace: first of it's kind) I think these big gaudy sigs do not help promote. I ignore them and if I see a member that has something I like to say I look up what coins he supports in his sig.

what about btc38? They promised to add NODE on launch but still nothing from them?

They told us when to add the English language from them.
You mean they will add NODE coin when they have btc38 in English language too? i think they already have English version of btc38.
