Why devs write whitepaper in last minute? They had a lot of time for that.

Trading volume seems to be quite big compared to the actual marketcap, almost 10%.

the coin has been on the market for 2 days. can people stop discussing price now? i don't understand why people expected it to open at 1k satoshis. it just wasn't going to happen. sell your coins if you're concerned with the price, because it might take time before node catches traction. there are still some pretty basic issues with the wallet and the lack of a white paper doesn't help. be patient or sell

BTW - visual111 - take note of your own sage wisdom [from yesterday none the less!] Smiley

People should be shamed to try to make a benefit from this situation by speading FUD and lies!

100% support to devs. But yes, answer the questions about forging rewards and release the whitepaper soon.

Thank you for understanding
The fact that we describe all of the integration process BTC, USD, EUR.

Node, Forging, NodeBank, NodePay

it is a lot of information

Definite fudsters in here.. Some probably sold as soon as they saw the news and now trying to buy back more for cheap.

I've just caught up on the thread and I couldn't agree more. There are obvious fudsters in here trying to drive down price (visual111 and Coinholder for example).

Just ignore them and ignore the daily fluctuations in price. This coin hasn't even been released a week and people were posting things like "the dev abandoned us" after not hearing anyting for three days FFS! All the while demanding that the whitepaper be released instantly, over a weekend no less.

This thread is overrun with trolls and people with the patience of a fly. My advice is to just ignore them all and concentrate on the potential of Node. If you really think that in say 3-6 months it will be worth less than 100 satoshis then by all means sell, someone will happily buy them from you. Personally I think you will eventually come to really regret that decision.

If you think it terms of hourly, daily or even weekly timeframes you will never go anywhere in life, period!

Definite fudsters in here.. Some probably sold as soon as they saw the news and now trying to buy back more for cheap. That point aside, it is a concerning situation but it will also blow over (think NEM and UtopianFuture? Way bigger deal, largely irrelevant now).

One thing I think is BRILLIANT is this: Blocks are only generated when there is relevant information that merits encoding in a block! So stupidly simple that it seems to have been forgotten in the move to POS (at least, until NODE). Why bloat your block chain with empty blocks? God knows how many useless blocks are in the Bitcoin blockchain, and it's block time is 10 minutes!!! I really hope that a similar degree of vision was applied to the rest of NODE. Let's keep in mind that this, like NEM, was explicitly intended to build on NXT's foundation (which rebuilt a lot of Bitcoin's foundation) but with the added premise of greater fairness. Even if the POS system is identical to NXT's, I don't see that this is really a problem. Either way, it's not worth much discussion until we know more. Have patience, and if you do not, stop following things so closely and choose to sell or hold.

Really guys it is scary that DEV got hacked twice. How we can be sure about security of our NODE/ BTC/ $ after this.  Sad

Lol.. worst fud attempt ever. U r basically saying "how can we trust hotmail security as i've seen another guy from gmail got hacked and someone stole his password?"

If u steal his password with pishing it means u cant broke security so u have to do pishing to obtain the password.

Next time I will try better, I promise.  Cheesy

If dev can't secure his own account twice, I am not sure about security of NODE.  Sad

How about this:

- we wait till they finish what was planned, and after an official source release, we inspect everythig! And then jump to conclusions!

Ohh, and if you refer to to fiat - most of the banks have army grade encrypting systems and they will just add the info trough API... no need to bother yourself with meaningless questions for now!!!
If you can't appreciate what other are doing - than star doing something yourself and make it public, i would like to see what you are capable of( adressed to the community)

I still believe in you, devs  Smiley

but please don't make any promises or deadlines about whitepaper release if you can't keep them..

Just keep on your good work and everything is gonna be fine and forgotten soon Smiley

a developer fell for a phishing link (so he says, I think this is just an effort to manipulate price)

whitepaper continues to be delayed

speculation speculation speculation ... let them write the dam paper, what is wrong with you(all the people that are pressing koop4u), are you interested in quality or just the fact of it being there???

when you say you will release a white paper on X day, then you release the white paper on X day. if you cannot, then fine. but the community needs to be updated.when you continue to delay whitepaper release, well now I am having a problem with this. then a dev's password gets stolen and price manipulating posts are made. nobody has explained why forged NODE goes to 1 account. you should be concerned right now

Yeah how could you not agree with this.  The devs won't even give us a clue as to how forging or currency integration works.  At this point people are just blindly investing in something they know nothing about.
Devs don't know how forging works, they just copied it from NXT.  Grin Cheesy
Or it is like central bank forging, so every transaction fee goes directly to devs wallet and after some all coins will belong to them.  Cheesy

Wow, heavy assumption, got anything to back it up?? =3

somebody has to be asking questions. I see too much "TO DA MOON" nonsense talk when things aren't even looking good for this coin. I'm just equalizing this misplaced optimism with concerns that everybody should have at this point

how long will you give them to write a white paper that was suppose to be done last week? when they say on Friday "it will be done soon" will you say "give them more time!"...at what point do you wonder if a white paper is ever coming?

Seems a fair few NEM stakeholders also fell for it.. he's certainly not the only one. Believable mockup of the site, though silly to login again without questioning it..
