Can't do anything with an icloud locked phone....only if it's locked by the carrier.
Honestly only selected iphone can remove icloud if you iphone is blacklisted lost those iphone can not remove icloud.
But if your iphone is not blocklisted or clean you can remove icloud..
Make sure to check your iphone imei first if this is block listed or not.. good luck for this service you can also ask to me about iphone problem..

You, my friend, are dreadfully misinformed. Escrow is not some that 100% guarantees that a scam is not possible in any way, shape or form. In this case, it may be possible that an escrow is set up, funds entered, terms agreed upon, iPhone sent, and then rafael2000 disappears with it. No, I'm not saying he will, but it's a possibility (correct me if I'm wrong, of course).
