it certainly it is not, since you have to write five posts in Miner section, one should have some posts in Miner section prior to this, or will just spam, and it is hard to write in Miner section if you do not have at least some technical knowledge, you can do some pool analysis, but that is even harder

Five posts in mining section is clear, but how many posts can be written in total or there are no maximum posts limitation?
I take it to mean that only those 5 posts will be paid, doesn't matter if anything else is posted outside of mining board: "Additional posts (over 5 posts per week) are not paid."

LOL yeah incentivizing posts on the most strictly moderated board will likely end in tears, particularly with the type of applicants you would expect at $15-20 per week.
