You really don't get me. I want avalon gen1 chips. If i get refunded i will buy them elsewhere. So... what do you recommend me to do?

To make it clear about Batch 2:
Me and Choadmeyer made an arrangement as we thought the chips were for batch 2, I confirm that 800 chips are on their way to t13hydra and should arrive by end of this week.
it appears there not, they are for steve,
but as best I can work out it was payed for with batch 2 coin
as 203 btc went in to the combined purchase but only 140 btc came back.
Am sure Steve can put me straight on this.
Steve please Ignore mine and Choadmeyer's deal and pay straight to him as per the list, we'll sort it out between us latter.

A comment regarding chips being sent to you would not go amiss either. how do you plan on refunding people if you have used the Btc on chips.
Don't forget those are my own personal chips.. If they are worthless, they are my loss, not yours. Regarding my btc address and the funds going in and out: People are getting refunded. Also passing a list of persons to John for refunds. Don't forget that there are people who don't want a refund, and instead they want rigs made of BitFury chips, the ones that could keep up with the difficulty raise. Thus, no funds were lost, even if the difficulty has raised rendering Avalon chips almost worthless.I don't care for your business, it's non-off mine, I just do not see enough coin to refund batch 2. Look you have had the coin since the 12th That should be in escow, that was the deal. That is not your coin, You need to pass what you can back now.
I do not care for your job either. Am sure you do not work 24 hrs a day. 10 mins to comment out of your evening is not much to ask.
No need to defend yourself, refunding is enough.

Even in this F* situation I think most of us are still rather calm. We just want more information on what's going on and what's your plan out of this Avalon mess? I did request a refund on my batch #2 order, but that can change if that plan out is viable.

I'm planning on moving to a more efficient chip, such as the Bitfury. Then moving to Knc, then Bitmine, then Terraminer. This is due to October, November, December, January in the same order. The idea is to offer the same power according to the current difficulty. If you've paid for 4.5 GH back in June, now that's worth 10 GH. So i'll offer the 10 GH/s instead of the lousy 4.5 that is not making anything (BTC) anymore.
